| Diosdado C. Diaz has more than 28 years of experience as a Law Enforcement Investigator. He has received numerous awards and commendations from international, federal, and state law enforcement agencies.
Mr. Diaz has trained with the Miami Police Department as well as the Aventura Police Department. He is a specialist in gathering Intelligence on Terrorist Activities. Mr. Diaz is a certified bomb technician and served on the Miami Police Department Bomb Squad for 10 years. He is also an expert in Paramilitary Activities, Latin Organized Crime, and Corporate Security. Over the years, Diaz has conducted major undercover narcotic trafficking cases with over 50 court authorized wiretaps.
Since 2001, Mr. Diaz has served as an instructor for the United States Department of State Antiterrorism Assistance Program (ATAP) Explosive Incident Countermeasures Course, a six-week program for foreign students emphasizing training in protection of borders, vital installations, national leadership, response to weapons of mass destruction and management of terrorist crime scene investigations; and covers tactics and equipment used to safely locate and render safe improvised explosive devices and ordnance; qualifying students upon completion as bomb disposal technicians.
Mr. Diaz speaks, reads, and writes fluently in both English and Spanish.
